A salute to one of our all time favorite scifi classics. Made with a homemade vegan blue moon ice cream and our old number seven whiskey infused coffee. The hints of citrus and vanilla in the ice cream perfectly accentuate the caramel and vanilla notes in the coffee.
Ingredients:
Vegan Blue Moon Ice Cream
Old Number 7 Whiskey Infused Coffee
Whipped Cream
Cherry
Steps:
1. Place Ice Cream & Cold Brew into Blender
2. Blend until Smooth
3. Top With Whip Cream & Cherry
4. Serve with Straw
