This is the first drink we ever made and it has a special place in our hearts. We believe this drink shows off the amazing potential our coffee has to offer. Without using any whiskey this recipe tastes similar to the real deal but with no burn from the alcohol.
Ingredients:
12 oz Old Number 7 Cold Brew
1 Dehydrated Orange Slice (or Regular)
Angostura Bitters
1 Sugar Cube
1 Maraschino Cherry
For Coffee Soaked Cherries:
Take several cherries and place them in a jar with 4 oz of cold brew. Allow to soak overnight.
The Steps:
1. Place Sugar Cube into Glass
2. Drop 5 drops of bitters onto Sugar Cube & Muddle
3. Pour 6 oz of Cold Brew over Sugar
4. Stir, Place Orange slice in solution followed by 4 ice cubes
5. Skewer Coffee-soaked cherry and place over rim
6. Serve
